1- How can we trust Shahrekado?
There is a symbol of  Electronic Trust(e-namad) on Iranian websites which is a reliable way you can trust in. This logo is visible on the right side of Shahrekado panel.If you click on it,,the credibility of the website will be determined.
You can also see customers comments about us by visiting our facebook page or customers comment page.
You can always call us and be informed about the latest status of your order.

2- Should I have PayPal account for buy and pay from abroad?

The answer is no .Paypal is merely our electronic payment channel.
You can buy from Shahrekado by using VISA card,Master card,PayPal, ....
For this purpose , you must select "PayPal Express -including Credit Cards and Debit Cards”  in checkout step and then fill in your credit card information.

3- Is there any other payment method except for online payment method?
Yes, you can use other payment methods such as bank desposit account.If so, just calling us suffices.

4- Is it possible to send the site products  to all the cities of IRAN?

Yes,We use Iran's postal system to do it. However, sending flowers and cakes is not possible via post.To send flowers and cakes, we use our representatives in other cities of IRAN .

5- Is there a solution for instant order?

Yes,it almost depends on the destination address and your gift.If you need to send your gift Immediately,you can call us before placing the order for the neccessary coordination.

6-Will the gift recipient be contacted before sending the gift to make sure he/she is present at the destination?
Yes,According to the rules of Shahrekado,we will contact the recipient to do the neccessary coordination. Of cource we try to keep the name of the sender if you want,we can also send the gift without coordination with the recipient for more surprise.In this case,the customer must declare this to shahrekado and the customer will be responsible for the coordination of recipient address and presence time and if the recipients was not at the destination and he/she did not receive the gift, Shahrekado is not responsible.

7-If I was not able to find my favourite gift,is there any way to place my order?

Yes, You can visit "Order Whatever You Want" page and tell us what you request.
