When I wanted to add the service you have to send me a picture in delivery, the web site was adding $55,000 US dollar to the total. my only complain is to have that fixed otherwise very very happy with delivery and quality of the flowers that was delivered thank you again for great service

Worst service ever. First off I had scheduled the gifts to be delivered Thursday but instead they delivered it Friday. Secondly I bought a gift card for a restaurant and instead of giving it to the recipient, they told him to call them when he wants to use the gift card. How does that even make sense? You are supposed to give the gift card during delivery not tell the person to call you when he wants to use HIS GIFT.
