Worst service ever. First off I had scheduled the gifts to be delivered Thursday but instead they delivered it Friday. Secondly I bought a gift card for a restaurant and instead of giving it to the recipient, they told him to call them when he wants to use the gift card. How does that even make sense? You are supposed to give the gift card during delivery not tell the person to call you when he wants to use HIS GIFT.

I wanted to express my gratitude for the excellent service you provided. I recently placed a last-minute order to send gifts to my friends and family in Iran, and I was truly impressed with how quickly and efficiently you accommodated my request.
