I was contacted after placing my online order and was told the item price and the currency conversion rate at the time of my order were both wrong due to website maintenance issue. Other than that their communication was timely and great ... their response time was great and they even found me on whatsapp to personally explain about the error. Delivery of my order (jewelry) to an smaller town took one week so you should order the birthday gifts earlier if you want on time delivery. The delivery service, communication and the quality and packaging of the gift was outstanding and my mom loved it! I will come back to order again on this site as they have a decent service and I can't judge by one error. Thank you Sepideh
