Obviously in such cases, the customer is in charge of the coordination of the recipient address and his/her availability.In case  the gift recipient isn't present at the specified location and time the responsibility is on the customer.

This issue is more significant when the gifts that are going to be delivered are perishable merchandise like flowers and cakes.

• The orders which are registered after 4p.m(Iran timezone), will be considered in the next working day.

Purchase Rules and Regulations of Shahrekado Online Shop:

Definition:

Buyer (customer):someone who registers his/her informaton(name,email or phone number)in the order form and buy a product from the website.
Gift recipient: someone whose information(name, address,phone number) is registered by the buyer in order to receive the gift from the website.

General points:

1- For using shahrekado services, it is not mandatory to be a member of the website. But if you join shahrekado as a member you can enjoy the special benefits the website provides like tracking your orders, saving address, credit score purchase,discount coupons, and being reminded on the occasions.

2- In case you are a member of the website, you are responsible for protecting your username and password and also the responsibility of all the activities that have been done under the name of that username is on you and any consequence of the lack of your password protection is on the user.

3- The customer must reads the terms and conditions of each product and order the product based on them. If the buyer dose not pay attention to the product terms such as the prepration time or the geographic scope of product offerings, it will be his/her responsibility.

4- When the customer fills in the information form, he/she must fill in all the required information (starred) such as phone and address of the gift recipient and his/her own email address, etc. carefully and completely. The customer is in charge of any disruption in the process of service due to lack of accuracy or clarity of the information.

5- The customers comments' on Shahrekado website is their personal opinions and Shahrekado is not responsible for them.

6- Online payment on the website for international currencies (Dollers,Pounds,Euros,etc.) is via secure payment (PayPal) and it will be done for Rial currency through the gateway of Mellat bank. Communications:

7- All communications between Shahrekado and customer will be via email and phone number (Telegram,Viber,...) and communications in this way will have legal validity.If there is any necessity to cooperate with the buyer, the buyer will be informed by one the above-mentioned methods.

Discount coupon and reward point:

Delivery time and method:

9- In order to verify the address and the availability of the recipient at the address,Shahrekado will cantact the gift recipient before shipping the gift by deafult.

10- If for any  reason the buyer dosen't want us to call the gift recipient, the buyer must declare this to Shahrekado.Obviously, in such case, the customer is in charge of the coordination of recipient address and presence time. If the gift recipient isn't present at the specified location and time the customer is responsible for it.

11-  The gift delivey time on the checkout page is scheduled like (9-13, 13-16, 16-19, 19-22).This means there is an open period of time, during which Shahrekado can deliver the gift.

12- If the gift recipient isn't present at the specified location and time,the customer is responsible for it.

13- The orderes which are placed and payed successfully before 4p.m(Iran timezone) will be processed and delivered on the same working day.

Of course, the delivery time will be vary between 4 to 72 hours according to the type of the gift and the city:
a variety of flowers and cakes will be delivered in less than four hours in all cities.
a variety of gift packages will be delivered in less than four hours in Tehran.

a variety of gift packages will be delivered by Iran post company within 24 to 72 hours in all cities.

14- The commitment of the post office for delivering the products in all cities is within 24-72 hours. In case of delay or non-delivery, Shahrekado trace it in the post office,but the post office is resposible for the delay.

15- The orderes which are registered after 4p.m(Iran timezone) will be processed on the next working day.

16- The orderes that their delivery time and dates are on the publice holiday(Friday and other holidays) in Iran, should be recorded before 4p.m(Iran timezone) on the previous working day. Otherwise, the gift will be delivered on the first working day after the holiday.

Change in the order:

17- After placing an order,the invoice including the information of each order will be sent to the customer's email.The buyer is obliged to check this information and ensure its accuracy.

18- If the customer needs to change anything in the order, he/she must announce the request via email or phone to Shahrekado. Shahrekado will check whether the change in the order is possible or not and then the result will be announced to the buyer.Obviously, the right of not not making any change in the order is reserved for shahrekado.
